Bonnie Evelyn Farmer is the creator of exquisite, unique hats and headpieces that suspend belief with their sculptural contours, adventurous silhouettes and design aesthetics that push the bounds of the imagination.

Bonnie lives in Melbourne and has been making her own way down the creative path of headwear for the past four years, developing a reputation for inventive and fresh new ways of approaching the art form of millinery. Her journey has been guided by the wisdom and experience of Susan Drerup, owner and mastermind of the Essential Hat shop in East Prahran where Bonnie works and sells her hats.

As well as Susan’s mentorship Bonnie has a Diploma of Clothing Design and Production from Box Hill TAFE and has worked as a senior tailor for the Australian Defence Force.
