Payment

Secure Payments can be made by Credit Card.

Australian customers can pay via a direct bank transfer. Please contact me privately bonnie@bonnieevelyn.com  if you would prefer to use this method.
Payment must be cleared before the item is shipped.

Shipping

Your Bonnie Evelyn Millinery will arrive beautifully presented in its own tissue filled box.
Parcels shipped within Australia will be sent by Australian Post – Express Post. This should take around 1-3 business days to arrive.

International orders will be sent either by Australian Post ‘Pack and Track’ or ‘Express Post International’ depending on the size and value of the item.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please choose carefully as there are no refunds on these headpieces. You are welcome to make an appointment to try on headpieces in the Melbourne studio before purchasing. I have tried my very best to make sure that the photos and descriptions are detailed enough to ensure you will not feel disappointed or mislead upon receiving your purchase.  Please contact me within 3 working days of receiving your package if you have any queries and I will try my best to resolve them.

To avoid confusion during the process of having something custom made, I am happy to send pictures before an item is dispatched.
Custom made orders cannot be refunded or exchanged.

I take the greatest care to ensure that your items arrive safely. As such I cannot take responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping.
